How do I earn?
  • Listen out for special keywords on 94.7 then send it to 33847 in the allocated time and youll be rewarded with points.
  • Bonus codes – Sometimes we’ll give you a chance to earn bumper points by sending through a bonus code.
  • Sometimes the presenters will give out points just because they feel like it.

Do my points ever expire?
Yes – at the end of December each year, 90% of your points will automatically expire. During the year, you can save up and accumulate as many points as you want – the more points you accumulate the more access you have to the cool stuff that well have on offer through the year.
Disputing points e.g. discrepancy on statement, or transaction not showing, points not correct, etc.
We cannot be held responsible for keywords not getting through to us, due to delays in the networks. We keep the window of opportunity open for a sufficient time period, to ensure you have more than ample time to get through your keywords. Will I be bombarded with loads of spam mail if I sign up?
No.

To deregister, text your ID number and the word DEREG to 33847.

How much does VIP Membership cost?
  • It’s free. However there are some basic costs. SMSs to 33VIP costs R1.50 (free SMS bundles cannot be used) per SMS.
  • Interacting on the web site (highveld.co.za, and highveld.mobi) is free of charge (apart from your usual internet connection costs).
  • And calls to 0862 947 947 are charged at VAS rates (Value added service rates).
How long does it take to get stuff delivered to me, once I’ve bought it in the VIP shop?
Give our VIP hosts and hostesses 2 weeks to sort out delivery of your prize or experience, or at least to contact you about how to deliver it to you. If you’re having trouble, and think it’s been longer than 2 weeks, please look under the How do I get more help section on this page.
What happens when I change my cell phone number?
Your cell phone number is your membership number in Club VIP so notify us by SMSing your ID number and name - from your new phone - to 33VIP (33847). The system will automatically move all your points and transactions to your new number. Note, You cannot change your ID number on your VIP account, and it is your ID that will be used to identify you in the event that you buy something from the VIP shop, or when there is a dispute on your account.
